The service
SkillsCake helps you improve or create agent skills based on prompts and files you provide. Features, availability, and pricing may change with notice where required by law.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
Payments
Paid features and run packs are billed as described at checkout. Taxes may apply. Refunds follow our refund policy at the time of purchase unless otherwise required by law.
Your content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and use that content only to provide and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate laws or others' rights
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service
- Use the service to generate or distribute malware or unlawful content
- Circumvent usage limits or billing controls
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except where prohibited by law. We do not guarantee that outputs will meet your requirements or be error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty dollars, whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or risk to the service or others, with notice when reasonable.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new Terms and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a different jurisdiction is required by mandatory law.
